Enabling Ticketing Mode

To enable ticketing mode, to use your bot's inbox as a helpdesk - first click the settings icon.

Then, enable the ticketing mode to transform the interface into an intuitive helpdesk.

You'll notice the the interface now:
- Has a 'New Ticket' button to create new tickets for customers.
- Allows you to mark conversations as 'Open', 'Closed' or 'Resolved'.
- Filters conversations by their status.

You can also enable IM notifications for when new tickets are created. Find those instructions here.
