Receive New Ticket Notifications

You can receive notifications when new tickets are created, or closed tickets are opened by enabling the 'Notify me when tickets are opened or reopened' option in settings.

First click the settings icon.

Then, enable the 'Notify me when tickets are opened or reopened' option.

You can customise the message received using the text input and placeholders.

  • {name} - The name of the recipient.​
  • {bot} - The name of the bot.
  • {url} - A direct link to the ticket.
