The Inbox, Replies & Tickets product allows you to monitor incoming IMs to your bot. You can see all messages neatly stored in a messenger-like interface.

Additionally, you can enable ticketing mode to turn your bot into a modern helpdesk-like system, where each incoming conversation is a ticket, which can be marked as open, closed or resolved.


Inbox, Replies & Tickets has many great features, including conversation pinning, exporting to CSV and more.
